Established in 1995, today Farmer’s Pick grows and sells fresh cut flowers. We carefully select beautiful, fragrant, long lasting floral varieties, including hardy naturalized species that grow well for us here in the high desert of Idaho’s fertile Treasure Valley.
We only sell flowers that we grow, at a reasonable cost, sold by the stem, bunch, bucket, bouquet or arrangement. Open seasonally mid-May thru mid-October.
1a) Flower Bar: Flowers sold by the stem then wrapped. Have fun creating your own bouquet from our varied assortment of flowers, cut fresh daily and laid out like a buffet waiting for you to pick and choose, also called a ‘Bouquet Bar’, or ‘Bloom Bar’. We can assist you in your selection. Build any size bouquet you want. Flowers are wrapped in kraft paper and hand tied for an attractive presentation and safe transport until you can get them in water.
*Fresh cut flowers need water! You are welcome to bring a container like a pitcher or bucket to transport your flowers in. Water is available*
1b) Flower Bar: Design and build your own arrangement in a vase or jar on-site. Flowers sold by the stem. Bring your own vase or jar, or purchase one of ours. We are set up for you to get hands-on and crafty. Clippers, water and flower food are available.
*We are happy to custom build a flower arrangement for you in any vase with any flowers. A modest service fee will be applied*
2) U-Pick: Cut your own flowers from our field and fill a jar for a set price. Pick-your-own flowers start in August when the summer annuals come on and runs thru mid-October. Prices and more detailed information will be posted as we get into the 2026 season.
3) Private picking and group events available by appointment, call for details.
4) Bucket of Blooms. We will walk around the field with you and help cut and fill a bucket with your choice of flowers. Our two gallon bucket typically holds $50-$60 worth of blooms depending on how many premium flowers you want. Buckets of Blooms are good for brides and weddings, events, or when you want a bunch of flowers to use/arrange at your leisure off-site.
Photographers and painters/artist welcomed during regular business hours with floral purchase and/or donation.
